Design & Build refers to a process whereby one entity performs both the design and construction services under a single contract. The project is usually not awarded to the lowest bidder but rather to the ‘entity’ whose proposal best addresses the original brief and objectives of the project.

| Our Property & Concessions business unit procures contracts by facilitating property development in Zambia and Mozambique |

| Turnkey projects |
| We offer turnkey contracts whereby we take the responsibility of setting up a project (including design, build and fit out) and only handing it over on completion and in a fully operational state. Our obligations under a turnkey construction contract include completing the project according to a pre specified criteria for a price that is fixed at the time of the signing of the contract. |

| EPC |
| Within our design & build project delivery we also offer EPC contracts whereby we provide engineering, procurement and construction services. As this type of project delivery is mainly contractor managed the cost risk and control are thus weighted towards Stefanutti Stocks and away from the project owner. |

| Project Funding |
| We facilitate private debt and equity funding for projects where we undertake the construction. |
|
| Facility Management |
| We offer facility management on projects we construct once the projects reaches the operational stage. This includes hard and soft facilty management services. |
